Shera Tonazzi, DNP, FNP-C, BSN, RN

Shera Tonazzi is a doctoral-prepared licensed Family Nurse Practitioner practicing in urgent care medicine at FastMed Urgent Care in Phoenix, AZ. She works full time as an urgent care provider and participates in an auditing program offering fellow providers education to improve their charting and documentation skills. Shera has a passion for nurturing fellow providers in providing comprehensive medical care that incorporates shared decision-making with the patient through community education and empowerment. Shera’s nursing roots began in the intensive care unit where she spent seven years caring for the critically ill at the bedside. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University in 2013, followed by her Doctoral degree from Grand Canyon University in 2020. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
